2010 Entries and Information

This year's races are on Sunday 21st November 2010

Senior race start 12.15 - CS 5.5 miles/600 feet – minimum age 16 on 1st January 2010.

£5 pre entry using ONLINE FORM (John Schofield ukresults)

£6 on the day if places are still available,but pre entry is advised as the 125 limit is usually reached before race day.

Junior races from 11:30 am in various age groups from 6 to U16 as at 1st January 2010 - £1 on the day.

Held under Fell Runners Association rules.

How to get there

Follow the brown “Holgates” signs from Silverdale to the caravan park entrance where there will be signs and marshals to direct you to the parking areas at the rear of the site.

Please don't use the front parking areas , Holgates need all of these for the leisure complex and lunchtime customers, and don't park on any driveways,grass or other soft areas,or close to any flagged/tapped sections marked as the race route.

Race entry includes refreshments at the prizegiving at THE GASKELL HALL in Silverdale village centre .

Directions from Holgates - turn left out of site back towards Silverdale - then turn right at T junction - go past the church - the Hall is on the right hand side of the main road just before the Royal Hotel.
